This matches with what I have heard - wasnt there supposed to be a Stevie Wonder alt head but they couldnt get the license or something??

You pop off the back of the head/hair (which is held by a magnet) and there is a joystick there that lets you move the eyes around. Similar to the large Boglin toys in the late 80s. Good stuff.
