Anybody know what the size will be?

avcprime 06-08-2012 06:55 AM

Hopefully we get it in the US for the 20th anniversary, and for a cheaper price.

As the press release states, this is the U.S. release.

trebleshot 06-08-2012 07:20 AM

Do want.

Probably can't afford.

*sigh*

Joe Moore 06-08-2012 07:24 AM

Are people reading the news story? It has a North American release date of October 12 for $60.99. I would say that's a fairly affordable price.

Edit:
I've bolded the release date and price in the news story for easy viewing.

I need this. Probably end up getting it

Sorry I did not all the details since I just saw the price and thought I guess the US will not be getting one because the price is too high.

For something that has some die-cast in it, about 7 inches tall, is expertly sculpted, has great articulation, and comes with appropriate accessories, I'd say 61 bucks is well worth it.

It's actually about 5"+. Judging from the yen to dollar ratio, $60+ isn't too far off from how much it costs in Japan taking shipping into account too.

BTW boys, Amiblo already got their hands on a production sample for a pictorial preview, we got pics up at our newest sister site, Tokunation.com:

I read this as super robot chicken megazord.

Still happy with the results though.
