Batman Beyond Figure ID?
 

I have a large Batman Beyond figure, but I can't figure out where it came from. It's about 12"-15" tall, has limited articulation (Waist, shoulders, rotating forearm, head) The wings can swing down and it seems to be made of hollow vinyl. The only markings on it are 1999 DC nothing saying who made it. I've been told it could have been made by Applause, but so far that's just a good theory.

That figure was sold at most Warner Bros. Studio stores when it was released. It had no packaging other than a tag tied on it's wrist that had the BATMAN BEYOND logo on 1 side and the licensing inforamtion on the other.
