I ship for the lowest cost possible unless the buyer wants faster shipping.
On a trade I ship after receiving only no exceptions.
I take paypal or money orders only. I generally don't ship internationally but I will to Canada and maybe some other locations. All prices are in USD and don't include shipping.

Do ya still have the black widow? Id like her
