Anyone miss "Quick Change" figures?

Now that were in a great era for Comic Book movies, I have to say, I really miss the "Quick Change"/Secret Identity figures, that used to be relatively standard. Nowadays, there's no Tony Stark with clip on armor, or Peter Parker with quick change Spidey outfit. Sure there's the Matty exclusive TDKR figure, but that's about it.

Eventhough they never were accurate, they were always fun to me. Anyone else miss these or have some favorites?

erm i kinda do although some figures like these seemed to lack articulation

I thought these were neat when I was younger but I don't think that I could appreciate them if they came out now. Even back in the day, I thought that they were flimsy when played with. My favorite would have to be the Superman Animated Series Clark/Superman figure. Theres a pic of him in my BST. I felt that he was pretty sturdy and almost like he was 2 seperate figures.

I hear ya, I just would rather see that than the random colored variant.

I was actually just thinking about these when making my unmasked Bats fig. We never see this type of thing anymore and even unmasked characters are htf variants (Iron Patriot, Avengers Cap) or separate figures that's just a headswap (MU Tony Stark).

The worst of these were the DBZ "Secret Saiyan" ones. The transformations were just rubber skins to place over the standard fig. Ripped as easy as hell.

I never cared for the "quick change" gimmicks. Bruce Wayne or Tony Stark would not go to some board meeting, or do an interview with a reporter while wearing some odd tech suit with circuitry patterns all over it. Then when you clipped the bat/iron armor on, it always made a piss poor batman.
They always felt like extremely weak substitutes for what I really wanted. Full on, normal Secret Identitiy figures, dressed as the character would normally be dressed.
Superman was always an extremely weak for toylines because you *never* got important characters like Perry White or Jimmy Olsen, and you were damned lucky if you even got a Lois Lane, or a goddamned Reporter Clark Kent.

So no, can't honestly say I personally miss the "quick change" figures, because they never even remotely filled the massive hole they were intended to.
