Whats after secret wars comic packs?
 

Secret Wars are coming to an end does anyone know if Hasbro's going to release new comic packs? If so, what will it be?

I for one hope Secret Invasion!

I think Hasbro said something about greatest battles or something along with that type of thing including a Colossus vs Juggernaut pack.

after they finish with the secret Wars, they need to put out Epic Battle 2 packs. These are those defining Epic Battles that make Marvel great. Sabretooth VS Wolverine, Hulk VS Abomination, Spiderman VS Venom, Cable VS Bishop, Wolverine VS Daken. the list goes on in on with the possibilities.

LOL how can we think about this when we have been on verge of wave 3 for like 3 months :(

Anyway, Hasbro made it clear that this year is all about the mutants, so whatever packs we get I am sure it's gonna be full of Xmen and mutants alike

Where is my Dark Avengers set dammits!

Here are some "Epic Battle" 2-packs I'd like to see:

Cable vs. Stryfe
Cable vs. Deadpool
Wolverine vs. Magneto
Wolverine vs. Sabretooth
Storm vs. Shadow King (pick a character & make it a dark variant)
Cyclops vs. Havok
Dark Phoenix vs. Mastermind
Iceman vs. Emma Frost

Outside of straight-up mutants, I'd like to see:
Hulk vs. Abomination
First App. Wolverine vs. Wendigo
Venom vs. Carnage
Spider-Man vs. Doc Ock

I'd even be happy with Then & Now 2-packs showing a classic look along with the modern equivalent. Of course, I don't want them to just repackage previous figures with their variants and call it a day. New molds or remolds and redecos.

Well we did get this COOL TOY REVIEW: X-Men Origins: Wolverine Photo Archive already.

one 2pack that could work is a classic Rhino and the New robtic Rhino(amazing spiderman #617) or a classic vulture and new vulture.or classic scorpion and the new girl scorpion.All these new characters are from the current spiderman story the gaunlet.oh and brock venom and anti-venom

I saw an interview in ToyFare that not only mentioned the greatest battles sets, but hinted that Infinity Gauntlet had a 20th anniversary this year. I'm hoping for Thanos, Warlock, Dr. Strange, Battle Armor Thor and Drax.

True, but to be perfectly honest, that Wolverine sucked unless he was on his bike. No, the Logan vs. Creed pack I want has both in classic outfits and at the right scale to each other. Adamantium claws too.

Those would fit in great with a Then & Now series! Hopefully, Hasbro is listening....

I'd be happy if they did Secret Wars II, House of M, Civil War, Secret Invasion or any X-Men crossover event, Fall of the Mutants, Inferno, Extinction Agenda, X-Cutioner's Song, or even the more recent Messiah Complex for the two packs.

If it's mutants Hasbro is bringing us this year, then Messiah Complex please! I would love me a Marauders set. Plus...this could be an opportunity to get an X-23 finally!

Can you elaborate a little more about the Marvel Universe battle packs which will be released in 2010?

Amongst the Marvel team, there has been a Civil War on who will be included. We won't say stay tuned... just hold tight.

Infinity Gauntlet 2-packs. We could get Thanos, Dr. Strange, Adam Warlock, Eric Masterson Thor, Mephisto, all kinds of great figures. Hasbro, for the love of all that's good - Infinity Gauntlet 2-packs!

The Battle Packs are the TRU 3-packs though. Those are different than the Comic Packs.
