I'm guessing since the AT-AT, 3.75" "play system" and such are all listed under the Television" row, the date columns are supposed to correspond to air dates for commercials about said products.

Also, based on the text surrounding "LS", I'd say it was a given that it stands for lightsaber. Although I'd have no idea what Grevious's personal saber would look like, since I always thought he just used whatever he took from the Jedi he killed.

I don't know if it's the same one, but the current "Sith" lightsaber has a picture of Grevious on the package:
