Exactly what I was thinking. I've only played through the game once, and I don't remember unlocking any maskless costume changes, so it might not be.

I've always been a fan of the Resident Evil story, not the gameplay, so I would consider getting these figures. But if that mask isn't removable, that's an instant no for me personally.
