Which Batman MM are rare?

Just curious which, if any Batman Movie Masters are rare or hard to find? I know Joker as a thug and the ghoul/fear toxin Batman are pricey. Walmart Jim Gordon? I can't gauge this one as my Walmart hasn't carried exclusives since Iron Man 2. I went to a bordering state to get one and I'm not sure about opening it. The Batman Begins armor? I've heard the Dark Knight Joker I have is a "first wave" and is rare because it has no holes on the blister and the paint on the clothes is glossier than future waves. Is that a real thing? I'm trying to beef up my movie masters collection and am just wondering what should remain carded and what is going to be hard/expensive to get. Thanks for any info.

You're definitely right about that Joker as thug figure...I need him badly, and can't even find him on ebay. He's on amazon, but goes for about 80 bucks, and they only had one when I checked...the production run on him must have been extremely limited. The fear toxin Batman is rare, but not as rare as that Joker, and you're more likely to get a better price on him on ebay, lately quite a few have been popping up on there. Don't know about Gordon, but alot of people seem to be finding him, so I wouldn't consider him rare YET. Now since he's a walmart exclusive, later on down the line he'll probably be a bastard to find. That Begins armor business is interesting..considering how badly it peg warmed when The Dark Knight came out. That was a wave 2 figure and came out in the same wave with Scarecrow(strait jacket variant). I had several of those Begins Batman figures back when I was hitting stores like a madman after the release of TDK. I ended up getting rid of all but the one that is currently in my collection, and I regret not keeping at least two more. One to keep MOC, and one for a custom I NEED to do. Its terrible because he's fetching awful prices on ebay and amazon now. Had I known then what I know now...That business with the so called "first wave" Joker is rubbish. All the Jokers are worth the same, its just like some people saying the first wave Joker had better make up apps. I've owned both, and there is no difference what so ever. Certain Gotham City Thug variants are rare, because as you know they came with different thug masks. The one Joker wore for example is a harder one to find, although I couldn't tell you which others are rare and which are not, although I want to say the grumpy mask variant is. For The Dark Knight Rises line, besides that Gordon, Alfred is very rare, and as of now John Blake and Ras Al Ghul are rare. I imagine Blake will peg warm when he becomes more readily available, but you better believe Ra's will fetch big bucks for quite some time. He's a very highly anticipated figure...and everyone will snatch him up. He's also going to be one to a case...so expect major douchebaggery when it comes to getting him. A fire will rise alright...
