Dracula by BAD MOON
 

Hello Toyark Citizens!

Here is my version of a Marvel Universe Dracula! I've put together this take on Dracula using inspiration from the classic Marvel series "Tomb of Dracula" as well as his more recent appearances in titles such as "Captain Britain & MI13" and his Marvel Legends figure. The classic "Tomb" series had the skin color of Dracula more flesh tone then typical vampire pale, and one of the appearances in the "Captain Britain" series featured Dracula with a straight tie instead of the classic bow tie. I liked this as I think it's a subtle modern twist to the classic outfit. The Marvel Universe Namor head worked almost too perfectly for the Gene Colan design. Widow's peak, black hair, menacing look, high arched eyebrows, flesh tone skin color, and pointy ears. I just sculpted some fangs and painted on the pencil this mustache. Also, I tried to give the inside of his cape a kind of bloody wash just for fun. I always thought Dracula was one of the best underused Marvel villains, and he remains one of my favorites. Hope you can dig it!

It's damn near perfect!!

nice concept, never been a fan of Dracula with a mustache though. Unless we're talkin Vlad Tepes Dracula, then you gotta have a LONG mustache haha. Looks good though, I'm sure alot of work went into it.

Thanks Prince! Like the mustache or hate the mustache, the Tomb of Dracula Drac had one so I included it since that is the version I was making.

This is fantastic. I really wish Hasbro would make a MU fig of the old school Dracula. His battles with Dr. Strange and the X-Men were epic. If they do make one, it pretty much needs to be exactly like this one.
