Green Lantern Kreon by Dravenheart
 

Like usual, I made a figure and it got me thinking about who else I could do. First up, I made Barbara Gordon as a Green Lantern and with how well it came out, I decided to try other Green Lanterns. Not to mention I'm a huge fan of the Corps. So, I decided to try Kreon. A soldier who lost an arm and eye before he even joined the Corps. He's basically John Stewart of a different sector. He died to the Manhunters following Emerald Twilight, and returned as a Black Lantern during Blackest Night.

Basically a straight repaint. Black and Green are so much easier to work with than white. lol I used a toothpick to get the logo on his chest right. A little sculpt over his eye and done.

Thanks mate. Came out even smoother than Barbara Gordon's did. That was always the one thing I was concerned about in making Green Lanterns. Getting the tiny symbol to look right. Now that I've pretty much got that, I'm googling more characters. lol

How what? How did I get the emblem to look right? Used a toothpick for the green lines. Careful touchup on the white around it afterwards.

First, that looks fantastic! I loved that GL.
Second, go to Belldecals.com and order the "sample set" of decal paper for like $20- you get ten clear and ten opaque decal sheets for laser printers.
Then just google up various symbols for stuff like GL or Suoerman or whatever, scale them down in Illustrator or whatever program you have and cra as many as will fit on an 8.5x11" sheet, take it to Fedex Office (kinkos) and get it printed for a buck.
You'll have so many symbols and emblems that you'll be makng customs forever.

Well, Jason, you may have just resolved issues with a few customs I had tossed to the backburner. lol Thanks, I'll check it out.

Yeah, it's what I do- no way I'd have been able to make those Kree emblems look right with a brush, much the Black Knight's!

Once you order some decal paper, PM me ad I'll send you the files I have- various colors of SHIELD and HDRA emblem as well as BPRD, flag arm patches for soldiers or SHIELD guys...you name it.
