NECA is pleased to announce an amazing addition to their 1/4 scale figure product line: the acquisition of the Marvel comics license for both comic book & feature films!

Their inaugural offering will be Captain America as seen in this years #1 film, The Avengers. Steve Rogers in 1/4 Scale Glory.

The figure stands 18″ tall and features loads of detail and articulation.

Over 25 points of articulation including neck, shoulders, torso, elbows, hips, knees, wrists, and more. Includes Cap’s signature shield with straps and interchangeable hands.

Looks pretty cool. This line has the potential for extreme awesomeness.

I good head to use is the Cap from the Mighty battlers figures. I used one to make my screen accurate Cap custom.http://images.search.yahoo.com/image...mb=3oRoajP5BxJ

I think I'll stick to Hot Toys for my 1/6th and 1/4th scale figures.

I'll be paying more that way, but at least I won't have what appears to be an oversized hasbro toy.

There's always been something about that helmet that just rubs me the wrong way. It just doesn't look right. Rest of the costume is fine, but the helmet.......

This could be cool, Kinda weird for Neca to be making this. I know Avengers merch is a cash cow right now, but I would of assumed Hasbro would be over this or Hot Toys. I can see this being a $50-100 figure, if they make the rest of the team could be cool, but Cap isn't worth the $$, black widow, hulk, even iron man would be nice.

Same here, from the movie the figures.

Mann 7,500 is NOT a lot of figures at all, I wonder how much this will cost?

I can see it being close or same/more then the 1/4 scale Predator figures in the $60-80 range.

Decent price considering the production run.
