Good sculpts, but they didn't bring much of a display did they?

freakout117 10-10-2012 05:31 PM

Just glad they finally have white phoenix and dark Hawkeye

M3T4L V1KING 10-10-2012 05:46 PM

Too bad I already have all of those characters >:D

Starscream99 10-10-2012 05:51 PM

Nice! Happy for Hawkeye!

Mastersteef 10-10-2012 06:16 PM

That Black Panther looks like a great update to the previous figure (which holds up pretty well still imo) ;)

freakout117 10-10-2012 06:23 PM

Wait is that a modern age Hawkeye or dark Hawkeye?

Robogeek28 10-10-2012 06:25 PM

If that was a regular Hawkeye I may have gotten him, ah well.

Black Panther looks great though.

With one half-sleeve that's closer to being Heroic Age Hawkeye. Dark Hawkeye pretty much wore Clint's early West Coast Avengers uniform.

The non-evil face sculpt says regular Hawkeye. Pretty sweet.

mikefavata 10-10-2012 06:49 PM

Where the **** is the 3.75"?

Shin Densetsu 10-10-2012 06:49 PM

That definitely is Heroic Age Hawkeye and since I missed out on Toy Biz Marvel Legends WTF Wave 7 Hawkeye, I for one am GLAD this figure is being made!

Tarquinius 10-10-2012 06:53 PM

Little concerned that there is no showing for MU.....

freakout117 10-10-2012 06:56 PM

Maybe they will show at the Hasbro panel...

I don't even know if there will be one.

mikefavata 10-10-2012 07:04 PM

Hasbro at ToyFair 2013 will be a table outside the convention center the night before showing Polaroids of the upcoming Bonkazonks.

Tarquinius 10-10-2012 07:14 PM

Can anyone, if anyone is there, ask about MU?

Colder Soldier 10-10-2012 08:03 PM

BP needs his cape.

Due to his coming, I might consider picking up some Legends soon. Gonna need that Madam Hydra...

FancyPants 10-10-2012 08:45 PM

These are great. I prefer my old ML hawkeye and panther. But these are great

Greylight 10-10-2012 10:28 PM

White Phoenix, finally! I was excited when she was a ML fan's choice nominee, but knew she wouldn't win. Can't wait to get this. Hope they make regular/dark Phoenix versions, too.

warmachine6 10-11-2012 03:10 AM

hawkeye - Congrats Hasbro for making a quiver with non-removable arrows ! i suppose it was some effort and the the fact you changed the body nice one.

Black panther - looks hinting on a costume like , theme for the show Avengers Earths mightiest heroes o.O

Jean - looks pretty although that head sculpt could work as a black widow that's what i thought movie perhaps ?

1987olds442 10-11-2012 03:32 AM

I can't wait to get Hawkeye and the White Phoenix, and I'm really glad that Jean is also getting released in her white Phoenix costume. I guessing that this will be her running change with the Jim Lee version. I only hope that the actual head sculpt will look that great on the final figure.

Both Hawkeye and Black Panther look to be on the Bucky body, and I know it isn't likely but I would love to see interchangeable heads for those two as well.

Leopow 10-11-2012 03:38 AM

Awesome :) Been waiting since we knew Hawkeye was gonna be in Avengers for this figure as the toybiz one is hard to find ..so thank you hasbro!!

Love the biz BP but this might be good with other displays and Jean looks great :)

My buddy is at the con,he heard nothing about MU but he did spot a ton of those xmen/apocalypse packs hopefully he gets an old man logan too.

Jmacq1 10-11-2012 05:23 AM

Yeah, looking like the rumors of MU's imminent demise may have been right on the money.

I'm betting Hawkeye will have an "Ultimate Hawkeye" variant, because IIRC a couple years back when they first announced the return of Marvel Legends, an Ultimate Hawkeye figure was one of the ones they previewed, albeit still in prototype form.

My other question is: Will Phoenix be a variant for the Jean Grey figure, or a separate figure altogether?
