is this a scam?
 

hi iwas just going through some ads on craigslist and i came across this Pre-Order: Saint Seiya, Figma, Nendoroid, Revoltech, S.H. anyways this sounds kind of shady to me what do you guys think? is it legit or scam?

Hard to tell you could take a risk and buy something , but i cant see anything wrong prices seem okay , hes got pay-pal so if there are any issues then you can sort it out, i'm not 100% sure what you feel is "shady" but if you feel uncomfortable with it i recommended just sticking with eBay. He/ She hasnt displayed feedback which maybe difficult, but i cant see anything wrong with it.

Ive never got anything off craigslist. Everything looks shady to me on that site. People have gotten good luck there, but to each their own.

however, they gave a title to their online shop and I found their ebay page:

Craigslist only works when you can meet in person and do the transaction face to face. Ask is the person has a site or an ebay listing. Even if they don't they should be willing to create one for you if you ask. Otherwise it's best to play it safe.

This one time I bought a shit ton of figures off craigslist, although I got a Decent Deal, the items I ended up buying were not complete, becuase the guy didnt have his shit together...I think CL is 50/50

it is hit or miss so if you feel comfortable do it. but i've scored big time on cl. one time a seller had listed buy one or all figures and i was like what you got. he said a little of everything. went to his house and he had a shit load of figures in one box. i asked how much? he said $40. went home and counted about 55 figures. g.i. joes, star wars, mcfarlane, dc universe, biggest surprise was the complete neca tmnt raphael...

I personally would never pre order a figure unless it was through some reputable company.

If you want a pro deal with fancy ;)

And i think this one is LEGIT. :thumbs
