I saw these at my local toys r us yesterday for $20.00 each. I passed on them personally but if anybody wants them go look because Oklahoma is always behind on new products. If we have them here you have a good shot.:)

I like how these are catered towards MEGO collectors however...maybe it's just me, but I'd prefer it if the bodies were more proportionate. I like the idea of cloth clothing and retro cards, but I want something more modernized in styling.

I agree, with all of the new technologies, why not make them better, more detailed, more up-to-date with what can be done

I saw these today at a ToysRUs in The Woodlands, TX. I'm not a Mego collector but it was cool seeing them in person.

cool for the collectors of these things but man 20 bones for those...I just don't see it I mean you can get a figure with today's sculpted detail, articulation for half that price....I don't honestly seeing these lasting in stores for very long...seems more of a comic store item.

That's what I was thinking. Or even mall music stores like Sam Goody or Suncoast. Of course, if they had the Marvel license and released a Spider-Man I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Mego Spider-Man was the first toy I remember owning and I used to carry it around everywhere. Sadly, it was lost in one of many moves that my family did when I was very young. Ah, the pros and cons of being an Air Force brat.
