What is your favorite SciFi TV Show?
My favorites must include:
Quantum Leap The Greatest American Hero Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman Smallville Stargate SG1 Firefly Star Trek (all 5 versions of it) Sliders Heroes Fringe Haven Alphas |
In no order:
Doctor Who Star Trek: TNG Star Trek: DS9 Stargate SG1 Firefly Warehouse 13 Quantum Leap Torchwood Edit: Sliders (I knew I was forgetting something) Edit: Surface Edit: Falling Skies I know there are a few others that escape me ATM. (I personally consider superheroes as a separate deal, even though they technically are a sub-genre) |
Sci-Fi shows, huh? Ok, here we go (inpo):
Star Trek (TOS, NextGen, DS9) Doctor Who Firefly Fringe Sliders Early Edition Twilight Zone Quantum Leap Amazing Stories Outer Limits Battlestar Galactica (both versions) Babylon 5 V (again, both versions) Alien Nation Stargate SG1 (never saw Atlantis, but it's on my To-Watch list) That's about it - off the top of my head anyway. And if comedies count, then this list will get a lot bigger. Same with including comic book/superhero-related series. Quote:

The Adventures of Brisco County Jr.

Quantum Leap
Fringe Star Trek TNG Dr Who Warehouse 13 Alphas SW Clone Wars X-Files LOST |
Twilight Zone (60s one)
Battlestar Galactica (70s one) Firefly The Clone Wars Animated |
There are so many but these are definitely up there.
Stargate SG-1/Atlantis Star Trek: TNG, DS9, Voyager to a lesser extent BSG (2000's) Farscape (never gets enough love) Futurama (can we count that one?) Firefly Warehouse 13 Sliders was good back in the day. There are others that aren't coming to mind. Also, despite what the SyFy channel wants us to believe, I consider Science Fiction most separated from Fantasy and Superheros (depending on the setting). |
Star Trek TOS, TNG, Voyager
Firefly Stargate (SG1 and Atlantis) Battlestar Galactica (both) Smallville V (the new one. Not seen the old one) Buck Rogers Clone Wars X Files Doctor Who |
Red Dwarf
|

Terra Nova (I really thought it could go places) Eerie Indiana Life on Mars (BBC > ABC, but I do like both versions, I've even watched a little of the Spanish version) CSI (It's totally sci-fi) I know there are loads more that I just can't think of right now. |
