Marvel Universe Blue Hulk - Captain Universe
 

Well, this is my first attempt at repainting/customizing a figure.

I havent finished it yet, but I am pretty glad with the results so far.
I'm a big Hulk collector and since I dont think we will ever get a Blue Hulk, I decided to make one.

Bought some acrylic paints a couple of brushes and started painting. I took as reference this image.

I painted directly on the plastic, I had two shades of blue a light blu that went first and the dark blue that had a wash effect over the light blue, the effect came pretty cool. I might to a light blue wash after on top just to highlight the clear parts more.

I know the hair in the Blue Hulk is shorter, but I don't have a dremel to resculpt, so I may just leave it like that.

There is still a black wash to come and a last layer of paint.

Let me know what you think so far, and please suggest things as I might do another using enamels.
