I really want those to go with my nintendo figma display but the price kills me. I just dont think its worth it. The visibility of the joints is a killer also...

I don't have any Figmas but from what I hear, D-Arts/SH Figuarts are a lot higher in quality. For example, once the D-Arts Kamen Rider Ryuki figures were revealed, the Figma Kamen Rider Ryuki figures started going for dirt cheap.

If Bluefin brings this over I think the price may be $37.99+. Everything from Japan is pricey these days but compared to what we have been getting stateside, I think the quality of the Japanese releases has been consistently higher.

The quality on Figma Link is amazing. I just don't think these D-arts Pokemon figures have enough going for them to warrant the price. I have a pretty nice tamashii collection so I know what to expect from Bandai. But when I look at these pokemon, I just don't think I could shell out $40 for 10 points of tail articulation.

This may be my figure of 2013! I wish they would make an exclusive Shiny Charizard as well

TimespliTT 12-28-2012 12:24 PM

i want a 6 inch fully articulated video game rendition of the player character. the price bothers me, but its Pokemon and its not your average toy.
