Walking Dead TV Series 3 Released
 

Sweet. From what I've seen so far, McFarlane seems to have stepped up a bit with this latest series as far as articulation goes. We'll see once I get some of them in-hand.

Where McFarlane really stepped up was in the faces and likenesses.

I picked up the entire wave at Gamestop yesterday and Michonne looks like she jumped right off the screen.

It makes the earlier, crappy figures like Daryl look like a KO from a different toy company altogether. Dunno what McFarlane did differently with Series 3 but the improvement is immense.

These are also $2 under MSRP at Gamestop at $12.99 per figure.

After going to Gamestop and buying one of each, I have to agree with you on the sculpts. Who the hell did McFarlane hire to get those faces so dead-on? You're absolutely right about Michonne, she looks perfect.

Here's hoping we get another Daryl to match the quality of this Merle. Also, when the heck are we getting a tv Glenn? That dude has been there since the beginning, he needs to be immortalized in plastic!
