Assassins creed 3 Connor figure?

Hey guys I want to know who made this figure.
It's a 9" fully articulated Connor kenway figure with accessories, I bought it from oz comic con. Now the seller told me this is a prototype? It's not finish, something like that. Now it got me thinking who made this figure, it's not neca coz they only make 7" and this is not mcfarlane coz no one seen those yet. The packaging is pretty plain, no artwork ,no name of the company.
So now guys i need your help to identify this figure, who and where did it came from.
