Returning figures to GameStop?
 

Can you return open figures with a receipt to GameStop within 30 days?

I think no matter what if it is open you can NOT get a REFUND, but they should allow you to exchange it for another one or give you store credit, unless the guy behind the counter is an ass or a new guy. I do not think they have changed the return policy since I formerly worked there and I had to return a figure or two over the years. You say open figure, I assume Walking Dead with the always breaking arm/wrist weak limbs????
