i preordered the venture bros megos and when i preordered the monarch he was 16.99 now the price went up to 19.99.are they going to charge me more or do i still pay 16.99

Not sure about toywiz.com, but I've pre-ordered items before and had their prices go up before it was actually released/shipped. I was always charged the original amount. If you placed an order at a certain price the store has to honor it. It wouldn't hurt to keep a copy of the order confirmation though, just to be safe.

Yeah, I'd say you'll still be at the $16.99 price when the order comes in. But if you make any changes to your current pre-order, it could jump up to the new price.

It's a bit like Cable TV and cell phone plans: as long as you stay on the same package/plan, your rates stay the same regardless of what new customers are being charged.
