Tools for collecting?

Is there any tools like web sites for Star Wars collectors that's not online? I can't get a signal in stores or cons ? I would love Ref materials and don't want to drag in a book or cheesy note book of what I want or what's out there.

Is there any star wars action figure apps? That does not rely on cell usage so I can check on releases and stuff in my collections?

I found a app on apple iTunes called figure force. Has anyone used it yet? Seems really good
