Yeah I was about to say I have seen a few ebay auctions and it never sells...

It has been a long time but I don't remember seeing that on shelves. I don't know if the one you listed is an international release. If you look up Scuba Splash Spiderman a completely different figure from the Spiderman Classics line turns up.

Fixed that for you. And while I flat out detest ridiculous Spidey figure variants, this one looks so funky, I gotta have one.

I have the original in the silver and dark red. I always kinda liked it a little.

Looks like the result of spiderman and an endoskeleton having a baby. The seller sold 2 of these and has 1 more for $20 free shipping, not as "rare" as thought to be.

Does anyone know if this was indeed an international release by Toy Biz? I know it was supposed to hit the US but the wave it was supposed to be in IIRC was canceled, AFAIK before the 2006 SMC line(where the cardbacks changed to light blue).

Scuba gear looks dumb on this one I would take the missle launcher and mechanical spider shield/backpack from the previous release over scuba gear anyday.
