What scale are these figs?

their the 3.75 figures

awsome looks like im going to target soon to pick these up .

I think Ill just get the mark 6 since its the upgraded paint but the other two look like the same as the regular waves

Saw these once last week.
Most of the Iron Man figs had horrible paint apps. The War Machines weren't too bad.
some of the boxes labeled MARK VI had Mark IV inside.
So be careful. Might be factory error or shady returns, I couldn't tell, looked like original seals & twist-ties....
