Oh man I hope so too! I WANT to see Raiden from MGS4 too, that design is beast. Definitely need a ninja and Solid Snake from MGS1. Solidus would be cool too.

Why only now do they release these?!

I would really love to get Solid Snake from MGS1,MGS2, and MGS4, Raiden from MGS2 and MGS4, and hell any of the other major characters like Gray Fox, Liquid, Meryl, the Boss, Campbell, or Otacon.

From what I understand, Konami and perhaps Kojima, are both reluctant to give out licenses. IIRC Mcfarlane tried to obtain one for MGS3 years back but couldn't, I think another company tried as well.

As for Play Arts, I think what may have sold Kojima and co. are the excellent sculpts, et al. Play Arts has some magnificent entries in the line. Definitely want the major characters from MGS 1-4...we NEED a Snake and Meryl from MGS1, Raiden from MGS2, Solidus, Raiden from MGS4, Sniper Wolf, et al.

Hell yeah!! ill buy whatever they make of this line! Awesome!!!!!!

Pretty cool, but I'm only interested in MGS1 Snake.

Yeah I remember McFarlane had both MGS1 and MGS2, and I regret not picking any of that line up.

Trust me....you are not missing much... The Mcfarlane figures have almost no articulation and barely look like their videogame counterparts....

I am hoping that MGS 1 2 and 4 get what they deserve in the PLay Arts form.

I should also mention that there is news out there that there are six other figures in this line, and they are specifically Peace Walker.

Bah! Best snake figure ever!! Hehe, too bad the rest of the line are metal gears and not actual characters from the series past and present. I really hope they decide to extend this line.

We need figures of characters prior to Peacewalker! GRAY FOX NINJA! Raiden from MGS4! Meryl! Solidus!

All those would be amazing too. Especially Raiden. Maybe we'll get one because of MGS Rising? Solidus would be awesome too. He's always been one of my favorite characters.

I want Johnny if we got Meryl and the B&B Squad too! Each with an alternate mask less head.

I forgot...which one is MGS Rising?

Metal Gear Solid Rising I'm guessing will fill us in on the details of Raiden rescuing Sunny and ultimately becoming a cyborg.

It'll be the first major MGS on xbox 360(meh) but it's Raiden!

As it is, I'm already $250+ deep into this, having preordered the Big Boss bundle for the game itself, too.

i guess i could pay for my own snake since it doesnt come out till 3rd quarter.:p
