Tony Stark needs a good head on his shoulders
hey arkers, i need your help. my 3 3/4 iron man collection has gone on for so long without a Tony Stark, and while i know Unmasked figures are on the way, i'm considering this as my back-up plan should i fail to purchase one. so i need to know, which 3 3/4 inch figure would you recommend for me to customize as Tony? i'm on a veeery tight budget, but if there are no alternatives i'm willing to save for a rainy day.
anybody from the readily available joes/SW/any other figures that you would recommend? thanks in advance! :D |
biggs head from the star wars line would work good

I used Ash from the Army of Darkness series for mine. It works surprisingly well.

if you are looking for a good tony stark head then try mutt williams from the indy line, it worked for me, or an episode 1 obi wan head that i seen DaxBeren use that was really good

i haven't been using the mutt williams head because the eyes look too big and childish. and i cannot unsee Shia in that mold, everytime i think of him i instantly associate the word moist.
i did see someone do a good version using shipwreck or the pit commando head. but the best is probably Biggs for classic tony or the Anakin Skywalker from the 2-pack with durge... which i've been trying to locate locally for a while :( |
