Hulks
 

Here are some of the Hulk customs that I'm working on along with several other projects that I have started. I have never been satisfied with any of the Hulk figures that have been made thus far. The Marvel Legends look great, but they are too small for my since of scale, and the Marvel Select figures have been too large. So I decided to make some Hulks and other Hulking characters using the large DCUC CNC parts. I sent my Brimstone fist to Black_Arachnis to have a few sets cast for these customs. The characters that I'm wanting to make are Hulk (Bruce), Red Hulk (Ross), Skaar, Planet Class (Ultraverse Villain), Juggernuat, and The Pitt. But I may make some more Hulking character later on. Mind you it may take me a while to finish these with gathering all the necessary parts. Also my free time on working customs has been cut back due to illness in the family, but I do try to take some time get some custom work done to keep my mind off things.

Here is a little test fit on the Red Hulk's new arm. First off I started with a pair of KO Red Hulk arms I bought off eBay, then I modified the Validus shoulder peg with my Dremel to accept the Red Hulk arm. I think they are going to look pretty good on the Validus body. What do you all think?

Whoa, great so far olds, can't wait for more updates!

Here is a couple of pictures of the modified shoulder pegs to accept the Red Hulk biceps. There is plenty of material left so I don't have to work about the peg being too weak to support the biceps and not to break under normal ware and tare.

HULK SMASH! I am looking forward to the finished product!

I'm still tracking all the parts that I need for my Hulks, but I was able to get some FO Hulk feet for my Hulk. They are just mocked up right now. The Validus Legs will require some modification for them to fit properly, but I think they will work out just fine :)

I decided to knock a little dust off of this project, and I was also curious about if the MS Avengers Hulk feet would work on the DCUC CNC body. So I did a little mock-up nothing special I just wanted to see if they would fit.

They look pretty good, and they are pretty much the perfect size to fit those legs. I made some adapters with some styrene rods that were almost the perfect size. This was just mainly just a proof of concept that I made yesterday after work. As they are the adapters would not be structurally strong enough to work yet.

Corey from casting cave just sent me a picture of the newly cast feet for my Hulk with castings of the Marvel Select/DCUC adapters that I made.

Here is a small little update. I got the castings of the MS Avengers Hulk feet that Corey over at Casting Cave cast for me along with the castings of the adapters that I made for them and the ML Planet Hulk feet.
