Uncatagorized Question
Does anyone know where/if the twisty wire things that are used in packaging for stuff like transformers are sold .im making a toy out of those wire things and it looks skinny but good so far.i want to use more of those wire things to make my toy look more beefy.
Bonus Question! What are those wire thingies really called?:p |
You mean like plastic packaging twist ties?
Amazon.com: Snip 'N Twist Plastic Tie: Kitchen & Dining |
Yep, they're called twist ties and are usually available in two types: paper coated (like what's on loaves of bread) and plastic coated (like what is used for toys).
You can buy them in a lot of different places (do a Google search for a sizable list of online stores), depending on the type and gauge you want. There's also a nice Wiki article about them: Twist tie - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia |
