VF HI METAL VF-1J Gallery

This thing looks awesome. Now we just have to cross our fingers that we'll get fast packs and I think we will because I see spaces in the arms for them, and even more importantly, that it isn't flimsy!
Please have tight joints, please don't be flimsy. *gets on knees and prays* |

Admittedly this figure is small, about 5" or so in battroid mode, but the amount of small parts used within are numerous, which I'm sure drove up the cost(the more smaller parts needed, the higher the cost). I am nonetheless excited for it. My Toynami 1/100's have busted polycaps. This Bandai version looks better and will most likely have much better quality control. Hell it looks AWESOME. Out of all the non-styalized, variable VF-1 toys on the market, it seems to have the best sculpt in battroid mode. Might preorder this one. |

As yourself, one of the biggest reasons I'm excited about this one is that it appears to be very posable and the battroid mode looks fantastic. I wish the 1/60 line looked this good and it makes me wonder if Bandai will try to make this one even better at that scale. |
