Broken Play Arts Kai Halo 4 Master Chief figu

I just got my PAK Master Chief figure from amazon.com and trying to make some pose and guess what? the left hand got broken completely :( now I can only put his hand to stay still, whenever I try to move his arm it fell off :( why me PAK :(

I can see a stress mark, so I'm guessing the arm didn't break off clean? Not a master repairer but if you don't want to pose it any more then using quality glue to fix the parts back on would be a short term solution.
