M.A.S.K. Rhino question

Does anybody know how to remove the little car thing from the back of the truck? I feel like I'm gonna break it by pulling it out. Seems like there should be an "eject" button of some sort, but nothing I push seems to release it.

Optimus Scourge 12-02-2008 07:54 PM

Hope this helps

Looks like it just slides out. I've never actually got to tinker with one that much to know for sure, though. Man, that is one sweet looking rig.

Insane Galvatron 12-02-2008 10:17 PM

That video is stop motion, so it doesn't really show if any buttons were pushed anywhere. I know there is a button for the battering ram in the front and the ejection seat. The video didn't show those either, so it doesn't really help.

try opening up the cab, look around, I searched google for you, that was all I could find, no intructions, unfortunately.

trebleshot 12-02-2008 11:04 PM

For some reason, I remember it launching away but that just could be fuzzy memories. A buddy of mine had this when we were kids. I thought I saw a latch on the back of the rig part in that vid OS mentioned, but I couldn't get a good look at the scout portion to confirm.

Insane Galvatron 12-03-2008 09:51 PM

There are two buttons right behind the cab. One launches the battering ram in the front, the other launches the passenger out of the cab. Oh well, maybe one day I'll figure it out.

Once you do, please let us know, because I'm really curious now.

To my knowledge, there is no launch button for the battle car. I think it just snaps in and out, though it is a bit tight. All of my stuff is still packed up, but once I completely unpack, I can reconfirm this. I've spent many play-hours with my Rhino though, and I remember no such feature to launch the battle car.

You just pull it it I think. Here's some old pics of the one I had before I sold it off

 Bad Scourge! haha nice pic.

I am trying to resist the urge to get back into MASK

I had Trakker's "jet" car, pretty much a Camaro with Delorean style doors, man, I wish I had all those toys still :(

Ha, I knew I was forgetting a feature! Well, this problem is solved now.
