I.D. this possibly rare toy

I found this odd toy tractor and could'nt find any info on the internet. it says 200,000 on the shovel part of it, the bottom says cnh america llc, and it says "new holland" on the side. i tried yahoo anwsers but that was not working, so i am trying a full toy site. can anyone help me find out what this is?sorry for the bad quality pics.

I'm from around New Holland, PA where this toy is from. It's based off of the Tractors that are made here.
