Somebody should've asked why the articulation is so crap! And even though their sculpt is great there's just no fun at all in these figures. Why cant you innovate! Unless the articulation dept. changes I won't be buying.

As a fan who loves the 3 3/4" - 4" scale only, I would have asked why they appear to have been intentionally holding off producing Batman and Joker in 3 3/4" scale for the Injustice line? My suspicion has been because many collectors would just buy these characters and ignore the others (I admit, I would be in this boat).

Another reason could be Mattel holds exclusive rights to making figures of these two popular characters in this scale. This could explain why Mattel has reissued the 4" Dark Knight movie action figures and produced 4" versions of the Batman figure and other characters (Joker, Robin, Two-Face) from the so-called evergreen line, as they want to hold onto such rights.
