Hi everyone, found this crazy looking figure for 1 $ at a fleamarket and just had too buy it , but I can't figure out who he is. Anyone got any ideas?

Can't say offhand. It kinda looks like a reject from Twisted Metal Black.
Does it have any copyright or trademark information stamped on it or molded into the plastic? Year and manufacturer would help. |
It's from Hasbro 2006, that's what's molded on his butt. Already tried to look up Hasbro figures from that year but wasn't able yet to find out who he is.
