120 for the republic gunship? Thats bull. the joe copter at TRU is almost the same size and costs a third of that.

Not overly fussed with what's been shown so far. I was hoping that we may see wave two of the 6" black series.

I agree. All I care about at this point is the 6 inchers.

I'm definitely putting the Slave I, TIE Interceptor, X-Wing, and Ewok Assault Catapult on the list. I'll have to see how big the box is for the Republic Gunship and if it would fit right on the shelf. But if it's $120 that's going to be a tough one to justify.

I'm surprised at the price jump too, I think the most the Gunship ever went for(as an exclusive) was $80 at Walmart or TRU for the electronic version IIRC with full fuselage doors.

This one comes with the battle pack turrets, but even then it's hard to justify the price. That's almost 3 times the price of the original. Maybe inflation and license costs really are that high. Who knows.

I already have the Trench Run Red 5 X-Wing but I am tempted to get Red 3. The TIE Interceptor I think has the retooled ejection seat and filled in canopy hatch from the releases a few years back. Might have to get this one. Slave I is bought for sure.

I've just lost the appeal of the Star Wars line, availability has been crap to say the least here and it's put me off a lot. That and I feel like I'm getting a product that isn't worth it's value as much as say a Transformer or a Marvel Legend.

That's saying a lot as I'm a huge Star Wars fine and haven't stopped collecting it since i was around 7.

Hah, I like how the trooper demonstrates his hip articulation there. I hate having to guess which ones have a ball-like hip, or simple swivel.

Aaaah yes. A 6" prequel Obi-Wan. Because clogging the shelf space at 3.75" just isn't enough, LOL.

So, November is how long I have to wait for a GOOD Mara Jade figure. *sigh*

Is it kinda sad that I sort of want that Angry Birds "Rise of Darth Vader" set?

Oh, and I cannot wait for the 6" Black Series to hit retail near me.
