Available in Canada?

Depends on what you mean by "available".

If you're asking if Mattel will ship MOTUC to Canada via the Club Eternia subscription, then yes. There are customs/import duties, though.

If you're asking if they're available at regular retail, then probably not. Unless you can find them at a deep discount store like Big Lots or something similar (I think Winners is one, maybe Zellers. Can't remember which one is in Canada offhand). Or possibly the 2-packs of DCUC/MOTUC that were exclusive to TRU (assuming they still have any - those have been out for quite some time now).

Otherwise, no. It is not sold at Walmart, Target, etc.

Not really in retail stores. Canada does not have Big Lots. Maybe local comic stores might carry them. But other than that, your best bet is to purchase online and pay the crazy shipping + fees.
