Do these have the 4H "H" hinge hips?

The hips, from what I saw at NJCC, are pretty much exactly like the ones found on the Outer Space Men toys. Forward and backwards movement, but these have added knee articulation that the OSM ones don't have.

Ah I was hoping for the DCUC style hips that provide outward movement.
