I don't think I've been as excited for a predator figure as much as I am for nightstorm.

so uh, please like excuse my ignorance, but do all these "new" predators come from a cannon some where?, or is NECA just running with the ball?

Oddly enough, back in the day, Kenner produced a line of Predator figures for kids. These figures are "homages" to a few of those old figures, which were made up specifically for that old toy line. Here is some visual info on those old toys:

Yeah in the 90's they made alot or rated r figures for kids, it was a huge line, how did you miss it if you were around then?

the nightstorm predator is probably one of the coolest predators i've ever seen. i absolutely loved the berserker predator from predators. the head looks great. i can't tell which helmet is my favorite.. this one or the berserker. i'd say i like them both equally. i'll have to see once i have it in hand... which hopefully won't be too long from now.

Pre-ordered the Lava Predator from BBTS hopefully I have the cash in my account at the time, hopefully it's not when bills are due.

I wonder if the wasp predator's spear will be removabable from the alien head for display with just the spear?
