I pre ordered my Hot Toy 1/6 RoboCop with the mechanical chair, this $400+ figure has to last me 30 years!!!!!

the suit is not bad, it does not look like it's metal, he seems like batman's cousin.

Here is to hoping we get some "classic" looking items from the movie line.

Still not a fan of the human hand. Breaks up the design way too much for my taste, but I still might get a couple of them. Looking forward to seeing customizer solutions for the hand though.

I REALLY don't like the human hand either.. but i absolutely LOVE the new design.. i think it's gorgeous update to what was awesome to begin with.

.. and i'm SUPER HAPPY that there is a silver version in the movie as well.. so i'm sure they'll have toy versions of both.

i also hope hot toys does both.. which i'm sure they will since it's economical. i'd definitely go for the silver version.. but again, i think the black looks good as well.

and i love the red eye line. i think it looks really cool. i think they did a good job with the designs for this movie, i can definitely see an appreciation for the past.

.. but however okayed the human hand is a complete jackass.. i'd rather have a hand similar to transformers where it can transform into a gun or whatever.. but more so, i'd rather have two robotic hands. oh well.

The new look is way better in toy form than in the movie!
But same as everyone, the human hand is awkward, like the lab guys forgot a part...

They will be doing the silver suit as, at least, a 4" figure. So far the 6" and 12" seem to just be the modern suit.

So this is the real reason that NECA isn't making them? Sigh. Wtf ever.

I like the new design as well. I don't mind the black too much either, but wouldn't drab gray or urban camo been a little more "tactical", Mr. Keaton?

I like the human hand as well. It's a cool nod to the original being all that was left salvageable of Murphy was his head, chest, and right arm. The new hand should be wearing a fingerless glove or something. I can imagine them using the hand as a plot device to better "re-connect" him with his humanity at some point.

I'll definitely be getting the 4" figs, may get the 6" as well. I'm a huge fan of the original, and am willing to give it a chance.
