Mighty master of marketing Scott “Toy Guru” Neitlich will reveal the latest news about Mattel collector lines Masters of the Universe® Classics, DC Universe, and Ghostbusters™. He will also reveal several upcoming figures and fans will get the chance to cast their vote for a 2015 New Adventures 6″ figure; Mara, Darius, or Tuskador. (Even if a figure doesn’t win the fan vote for 2015, it might appear in the 2016 line!)

if he's the master of marketing I am next in line for the throne in England

Aside from grammar and/or punctuation, I don't see anything wrong with it. If you also consider the fact that he got a lot of people to buy toys that they hadn't seen yet and maybe didn't want just so they could make sure that they got the ones they actually wanted, I'd say he'd pretty damn good at marketing.

It also could very well be sarcastic irony.

I don't think you need the second comma, since Scott is the actual subject of the sentence. Personally, I think they should have written it this way:

"Scott 'Toy Guru' Neitlich, mighty master of marketing, will reveal...."

If he was as good as that self indlugent ego boost claimed he would have been able to sell the stuff without making videos. The only thing mighty about Mattel is how mighty the losses will be in 2014
