Ultimate Snake Eyes is one of the more anticipated figures from later waves of the Retaliation line, which may explain the difficulty that some are having in finding it! Using a body mold that is the closest homage to the classic V.2 design Ultimate Snake Eyes is the best representation/update to that classic mold.
