Superman 3.75"/4 inches.
I made this custom from: MU Steve Rogers Captain America and Man of Steel (Superman Split Cycle) head, boots and symbol. Hands from X-Men origins Wolverine: Logan (claws removed). Also I removed the paint(Commander Rogers symbol). Only red pants painted.

I eventually went with a molded cape though after the cloth one got a little tore up:

ultraman zoffy, I used a utility knife (cutter) to cut the symbol out, it was not an easy job.
