should i repaint an classic figure?
hello
like to ask get u guys for some advise for a figure i have... is the mecha hulk figure,Marvel Legends Hulk Classics MECHA HULK Figure is not very expensive...coz is kind of worn down, discolored,loose joints and ink marks here and there so if u were me, will u be thinking of repainting the figure? i know the joints are easy to fix but the paints is a complete make over... 1stly ofcoz worry about the later market value, don't dare to ask i will keep it for ever...haha 2ndly is not easy to repaint such a big figure... and lastly worrying about loosing the originality and feeling of the figure... plz let me know what u think... thanks guys and happy chinese new year |
If you've got the basics of painting down and you're sure you can make the figure look better than it currently does, go for it! Good luck =)

Just keep him on your shelf and squint.... you won't even notice those flaws anymore!
If you can... do, if you can't...don't. Repainted will drop value for resale but shouldn't effect trade value maybe. |
