It's from a Lego display at a toy show. The DC toys are not on the box art.

I saw some of the new marvel sets and they have a lot of cool characters like modok, task master, movie electro, new doc oc, ultimate green goblin, red skull, hydra soldier, and falcon. though I haven't seen this set and the new x-men set...
