Anyone notice his Captain America is on a Bucky card?

Does anyone know why there's been a change from SHIELD files to HAMMER files? I haven't been paying attention at all to the comics lately, is there a IRL reason for the change, or is it comic-related?

Comic related. At the time of release, Secret Invasion was the big storyline for Marvel and Nick Fury played a vital role in it. After Secret Invasion Norman Osborne gains a lot of political power and heads HAMMER and Dark Avengers.

I read Secret Invasion but the others I need to catch up on, but that's the gist of it.

I would not be suprised to see them go back to either SHIELD files or Avenger (insert team) name in the future either... Now that HAMMER is disfunct and Steve Rogers is in charge of it all.

From what I've gathered, Tony Stark became director of S.H.I.E.L.D. after the events of Civil War and Fury was leading an underground resistance (including YOU as an operative). Norman Osborn was "rehabilitated" and held an executive position within the new S.H.I.E.L.D. and put in charge of the government-sponsored Thunderbolts. After Secret Invasion, S.H.I.E.L.D. was dissolved by Presidential order (due to its failure at detecting the Skrull infiltration) and Osborn became leader of its replacement, H.A.M.M.E.R.

I want at least three Skrulls, have a small detachment to fight my Avengers. I want Iron Patriot for Dark Avengers and maybe the Wrecker. If money was no object I would buy some extra Skrulls to have as invaded heroes.

Bingo. Osborn manipulated his way into becoming a media "hero" during Secret Invasion, and created HAMMER and the (Dark) Avengers to police the world. Both were taken down in Siege when the returning Steve Rogers (Captain America) rallied a large group of heroes to the defense of Thor and the Asgardians. As a result, Steve Rogers is now in the "Nick Fury" heroic overseer/leader position, and has repealed the Superhero Registration Act and created new teams of Avengers, thus the "Heroic Age".

I can't wait to get MARVEL'S Wrecker! ;)
