That's the "Manga mecha" that Snow was talking about in the second half of his post. The first half of his post was only about the first pic you posted.

To clarify, your first pic is Soultaker from Series 2 of McFarlane's Anime series, which did characters from popular anime such as Akira, Trigun, Tenchi Muyo and others. Here's a link for more info:

Your second pic is TS-2 from Spawn Series 18, also known as the Interlink 6 wave. TS-2 forms the torso of the combiner that you could make if you got all six robots from the wave. Here's a good reference link for wave 18:
