Black Manta could use some work on the head; that's really abstract as it is. Everything else is great though.

Hopefully Lego would do something similar to what they did for the Simpsons and have a single molded piece for his head.

It may be my fuzzy memory, but I don't remember Sinestro being on the show. Seems to me the Joker or Brainiac would make more sense.
