Hey guys I've joined in hopes of finally finding out what I've stumbled across here,

I found this beaut at a local toysrus few months back and had it stored until i started instagraming.

I don't know dude... my instincts say repack/custom. that venom head is from the spider man 3.75" line, witch makes it almost impossible to be a factory error, considering they came out years apart, the body has bee painted flat black, and I'm not sure that's even venoms body. the legs are definitely not venom's. I think it's a customizer screwing around. you'd be surprised how often these things come up. truth is Hasbro's QC is pretty damn good. you might occasionally find a wrong name insert, or no name insert but I've never seen a true mis-packed figure in the MU line.

a venom on the herc body does sound like a good idea for a custom....hmmm

A figure like that doesn't hold any extra value in the packaging like that. I would open it up and give it a closer inspection to see what the hell you have there. It must be some kind of custom because no Venom released had a similar style body and knee articulation. The legs are actually the part I'm the most confused by.

For $1.98 I'dda bought it, too. Just for S&G.

Same looks like a spiderman series venom head, herc upper body and like pants type legs... weird looking figure, like business casual Venom. worth $2 lol.

I gotta know what those legs are now 'cause I wanna make my own.

I don't think they are MU at all, the knees aren't right, they look almost like MIB

Looks way too thick for the MIB3 figures.
