Leonardo, and due to mold sharing the other 3 Turtles, are a halfway point between Splinter and the Foot Soldier. While there is a bicep swivel on the Turtles that was missing on the Foot Soldier Leonardo is missing some other key points of movement, especially due to the way its hands are molded. If you're a fan you'll probably pick all of them up but if you only want one I can recommend Leonardo overall due to the included sheath.
